WE CREATED MAN OF THE BEST ORDER!
VERSES NO.4-8 
After above four oaths, the reference is made to the creation of man which is the Highest of Creatures. He is created in moderation and harmony corporeally, spiritually and intellectually. 
However, if he deviates from the course of truth, he will fall to the lowest of the low position. He is endowed with plenty of profuse talents and if he applies them rightful, he will attain the top position of honor. In contrary, if he applies them wrongfully, he will be led to the lowest of the low! 
The structure of man and world imply that the worldly life could not be the ultimate goal of creation for you and this great world.
These are an introduction for a wider and more expansive world, but man denies it!
