WE TEST YOU BY ABUNDANT BOUNTIES
VERSE NO. 16-19
The above passage seems to be a parenthetical saying of God,coming in between:-
``And if they stand stead fast in the way of truth, we will satisfy them with abundant water.''
There is a Quranic verse that:-
``We made all things alive by water.''
Therefore the water here stands for all kinds of blessings; mateial, moral and spiritual.
The Arabic, ``MASJID'' as a religious term; means, ``MOSQUE'' but in its root meaning,it is the place of worship that a servant may prostrate himself before God. In this regard, the whole globe is a Masjid for Moslims. Even the seven limbs that are to touch the ground in prostration are known to be as ``MASAJID'' namely the two hand's palms, the two knee-caps, the forhead and the two big toes.
To remember God, means to realise His presence; to acknowledge His goodness and to accept His guidance.
If we forget Him, we deprive ourself of His Grace and Mercy.
