THERE IS NO FAULT IN EXISTING WORLD
VERSE NO.1-5
The theme of this chapter is God's Ownership and Governorship. The whole universe is in His hand of power. It also refers to God's Everlasting and Pure Substance:-
``Blessed is He Who is the only owner and Governor of the universe,and has power over all things.''
The Arabic ``TABARAK'' translated to ``BLESSED'' implies a substance that endures,and is everlasting and eternal. The reason for his being blessed is His eternal governorship and ownership of whatever He has brought to existence.
When we see that our Lord is the Only Owner and the Only Governor of everything, we make sure that our life and death, our happiness and sorrow, lay in His blessed and Merciful hand and in an optative mood, we praise His sacred name, which we know is to be Allah.
In the second verse above, He refers to the creation of death and life, which is an aspect of His Kingdom.
If we take death to mean nothingness, it can't then be something created. We know death to be a transfer from one world to another and from Here to Hereafter.
Allah's try and trial is to bring things to effect, and His aim by that is good conduct.He is looking for the quality of our good deeds, and not the quantity. Here the question is not that:-``Who works more.'' It rather is ``Who works better.''
This world is a great field of test and trial. Death and life are the means of the tests, and the aim is to reach to good deeds and goodness.

GOD CREATED DEATH LIFE 
Before our creation we were non-existents. We were then created as deads and lifeless materials and elements. Then, we were made alive with the characteristic of being able to move intentionally and by will and yet we were thoughtless.
When we got life and willful movement, our creator breathed in us of His Spirit of Power, a thing that could think, be wise, and know good and bad. Thus, we left behind animal KIND in our way to evolution. He created lifeless things first, then created life,and after that spirituality. In the way of evolution nothing goes backward and after creation of life, there is no real death.
