Verses 15-16Verses 17-19

O, MAN! BE KIND TO YOUR PARENTS
VERSE NO.15-16
The above verses, and the next three that will follow them, describe the state of two groups of people:- The righteous and the oppressors, from a new point of view - how they deal with their parents:-
``We have enjoined mankind to be fair to his parents.''

The painful troubles of a mother begins with the beginning of her gestation, and increases with the development of her foetus in her womb. These troubles increase and continue up to the weaning of the child and perhaps forever.
The incident of giving birth to the infant is the most painful among the troubles of her pregnancy. When the child is delivered; another series of troubles will begin for the poor mother that must have a continuous care and feeding, which are vital and essential to the continuation of the child's life.
The time of weaning an infant from mother's milk is usually after two years, but the avarage period of the sucking is less than that.
The minimum period of pregnancy is said to be six or seven months during which the infant becomes capable of living. These periods have been proved to be right, according to Man's experience and experiments. This is also a known fact that no food can excel, mother's breast-feeding for the child.

When a human reaches the age of forty (40) and his goodness does not overcome his badness, he is making a Hell of his life and he should take a warning.
The rights of parents are among the most important human rights that are supported by the Holy Quran. No one can ever be grateful enough to his mother and father, for the troubles that both of them suffered to bring him up.
One of the most hateful deeds among humanity is that a man or a woman, may hand over his or her mother or father when very old; to the care of aged sanitariums or the institutions that are paid to look after very old people. You are the same infant who could not get rid of a gnat yesterday; You are a chieftain and armstrong today. But soon you will be in depth of the grave, unable to defend against an ant!
