THE BLESSINGS OF EYE,TONGUE AND GUIDANCE! 
VERSES NO.8-10 
The reference is made here to the divine material and immaterial blessings endowed to man to hurt his pride, and on the other hand, to make him to think and reflect about the creator of these blessings, and lead him towards knowing the creator through inciting the sense of thanksgiving in him.
Eye is the most important means of relation with the outward world, and its structure is so complex and wonderful that even if there was no other organ in man save eye, it was enough for knowing the great knowledge and power of God.
Tongue is the most important means of relation of man with others, as the means of exchange of information and knowledge from one nation to another, and from one generation to another.
Lips are very essential for talking and many sounds are uttered by lips. They also help in chewing food, preserving the moisture of mouth and drinking water.
Then, it turns to the issue of option and freedom of man's will.It states that man is free to select between the ways of good and evil using his eyes and tongue.
