O MAN! SEE OF WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN CREATED!
VERSES NO.5-17 
As a reasoning for resurrection, man shall see of what it has been created. Surely, the Lord who has created him from such fluid, could surely resurrect and revive him.
So, on the Day of disclosure of secrets, the inward mysteries, including faith and disbelief, good or bad will, hypocrisy and sincerity, are disclosed. This is a cause of honor for the believers and cause of shame for the unbelievers.
Quran is a good distinguisher of truth from falsehood, but the unbelievers do not believe in it.
God plots against those who plot against Islam and Moslems. The unbelievers are just given respite and will be punished on the promised time.
