YOU ARE MOVING TOWARDS PERFECTION!
VERSES NO.16-25
In continuation of previous verses regarding man's evolution and gradual perfection, God swears by twilight which is a deep change in the world declaring end of day and start of night, and by the night and by the creatures returning to their houses and nests for rest, and finALLY by the full moon to draw man's attention to the great changes and reflection about these affairs. Thereby, He declares that all are changing, moving and entering from one state to another!
Despite of existence of such clear proofs for truth, monotheism, theology and resurrection, still they do not believe and do not prostrate and submit when Quran is rehearsed to them.
Rather, they deny divine revelations, while God knows well their intentions, objectives and motives for their continuous denials, and will finally punish all of them.
The last verse as an exception refers to the fate of the righteous believers and opens the way of returning and repentance to the unbelievers.
