THE SIGNS OF THE BELIEVERS (VERSES NO. 71 - 72)

      Following the signs of the hypocrites, and disbelievers; we come to know the signs and symptoms of the believers, as follows.

      They are friends to one another and strive hard, and help each other for virtue to prevail against evil, and for truth to prevail against falsehood, and justice to replace oppression and injustice. Therefore they strictly enjoin good and forbid evil.

      They never forget or ignore their Lord God, and in order to hold their remembrance lively, they perform the prayers, they pay the alms- tax and are obedient to Allah and His Messenger.

      Thus they obtain the merit for having the Grace of God and becoming entitled to His infinite Mercy, which will appear in the form of garden in Paradise, ideal spouses and magnificent and clean mansions, there to live eternally. Besides that, they will enjoy a mutual pleasure from their beloved Compassionate Lord, which is greater of all the physical and spiritual bounties that may exist.

      The Arabic, `Eden' rooted in, `MAADAN= MINES', by connotation means eternally safe; and is a place of special safety and security. Traditions imply that it is one of the eight Paradises in which the prophets, saints and lovers of God, dwell.
