VERSE NO. 185

      The next verse invites man to reflection on the kingdom and ownership of the heavens and the earth, and the wonderful universe, and all the various elements and compounds that are created in there. Such a reflection may convince a thinking mind, of God's Glory, beauty, power, and knowledge, and also of man's weakness and poverty, and nothingness.

      The ending of the verse is remarkable that says: ``Perhaps their term has approached; then in what narration, after this Quran, will they believe.''

      They might be near to their end here, and at the verge of the wonderful life after death! Do they want to take everything easy and as a play- toy?! If they neglect the Glorious Quran, and leave it behind their backs, in what other book or narration will they believe after Quran? This Book is indeed the light of God, and the best of spiritual and physical guides which may lead man to prosperity and salvation. If they pay no heed to it, there is no other guidance for them, and they have to wonder here and there in distraction.
