POLYTHEISTS - HYPOCRITES - AND SATANIC TEMPTATIONS

VERSE NO. 48

As the Godly and righteous is under the control and guidance of Allah and His angels, so is the Godless and evil doer, misled under the Satanic temptations. The pious is afraid of doing anything against God's will, but the devil and evil doers go wrong until they find themselves and their cause lost, they then leave their friends and followers in the lurch! - completely helpless and in trouble.

Satanic temptations, by the way of passion, lusts, vain desires, and other carnal wishes, may make the evil deeds attractive and alluring, and cover up their ugly and hateful faces. Satan puts his friends and followers on air, making them proud and haughty by wishpering in their inner ear. He may induce in their heart that:

``To- day no one can overcome you, because I am nigh and your neighbour, and ready to help you in any time when necessary.''

He says so, but he lies! When he apprehends the traces of loss, and destruction, he makes a sudden about turn, leaving his friends and followers alone, helpless, and in troubles. Then his ridiculous reason is:

``I am quitted of you - I see now what you see it not! I fear God who is stern in punishment!'' - and why now?

Satan may appear in the form of a man and give advice and instruction sympathetically, or he may incite, and mentally induce his intentions and ideas to his friends and followers.

Matters can be communicated from one mind to another els than through the channels of sense. It can be through telepathy - transference of thought, and by inculcation.
