POLYTHEIST HAVE NOT THE RIGHT TO ENTER THESACRED MOSQUE

(VERSE NO. 28)

The fourth order that was proclaimed by HAZRAT IMAM ALI (AS), in the cogregation of the pilgrims, was:

4- Polytheists are unclean, and are no more allowed to enter the House of Allah, (please refer to page 511 ) The Arabic, `NEJES' translated here to `UNCLEAN' implies both spiritual and physical filth and dirth. Muslims are strictly enjoined to believe that cleanliness is next to Godliness, and therefore, they are very precise - in their ablutions, and physical cleaning, as well as spiritual purifying. In FAITH AND INSIGHT (VERSE NO. 29)the above revelation, some Muslims became anxious for thinking that the prevention of idolaters from coming to Mecca, would impair their economical endeavour, and reduce their general income.

Through the verse, Allah tells them not to be afraid of losing your profits of trade and commerce; that Allah has better ways of improving your economical power. This actually happened: Paganism and idolaters were abolished and done away with wholly, throughout the Arabian peninsula, and yet no harm was done.

The concourse of pilgrims from all parts of the world has ever increased, and so is the case of that, even today!
