VERSE NO. 170

      The Arabic ``AL'' which is prefixed on the RASUL = MESSENGER, denotes a promise, or expectation, which implies the messenger who was promised to you, or the Messenger whom you were expecting him, has now come to you with clear signs, wisdom and Book; then believe in him and follow his instructions and belie him not.

      Then the verse says, the Messenger Mohammad S.A. has been sent to you with the message, from the presence of your creator and cherisher (RABBOKOM). The lord who brought you up and treated you with wisdom, tenderness, care; and affection.

      Then the verse adds that, God's care and concern for you is not that he obtains any advantage in that. It is merely for your own good; because Allah is free of want and he is independant of all things, and every thing depends on him, celebrating His praise and glory.
