VERSE NO. 52Verse 54

VERSE NO. 53

``Do they wait for aught but for its interpretation to come?''

They seem to want to eat the fruits of Paradise and burn in the Fire of Hell in order to believe it! Such expectations are foolishly, and when the interpretation of the Book comes, and its threats and promises are fulfilled, it will be too late for them to decide or to do anything useful, because they have lost their golden chance, and will never obtain another to amend.

They do seek to find some intercessors to intercede for them, but of no use. Now all their false gods on whom they had put their trusts, have been vanished, and they have lost all their capital assets and hopes, and their fetishes have left them in the lurch!

They have nothing and no one to help them - no intercessors, neither their false gods, and spiritual and physical idols, nor can they return to amend their deeds - What a bad deadlock have they come to!?:

``They indeed forfeited their souls, and that which they devised will fail them.''
