Following the mention of the bounties that are prepared for the righteous in the Paradise, there comes the parallel contrast of them existing in Hell. The sinful non-believers will have an evil return due to their evil deeds, and have to join the Hell and live there amid the blazing fire. There are also other kinds of torments of the same nature to match the inhabitants of Hell.
Then there is a hot dispute between the leaders and the leaded which will be continued by reproaches and curses. The evil leaders will put the blame upon the leaded, and vice versa.
But such vain disputes shall be of no use there, and everyone is held in pledge of his own deeds, and no one can escape the personal responsibility for his own acts.
