Verses 26-30Verses 31-32

Here is an episode of Abraham's long and wonderful story:

He gave up his ancestral cult that was current then, and got rid of his father and his people, because they worshipped idols, and false gods.

Abraham, himself was the ancestor of Arabs, and if the Arabs were upon the creed of their own ancestors, as they claimed, they should have followed Abraham, and worshipped no deity other than Abraham's only one God, whom they called Allah.

Evidently Abraham's eternal word and main object of life, was but one God;- ``I worship only Him who created me.''

Therefore, Monotheism was the most important lagacy of Abraham to those who want to follow him.

Not only Abraham had the doctrine and belief that there is but One God; he also did his best to make his idea an enduring precept among his posterity, and throughout the world after him.

At present the three arch prophets of the world, namely; Moses, Jesus, and Mohammad, are all the offspring of Abraham; and all the three prophets preached the same doctrine of Monotheism; that there is only one God.

But when the Meccans and other Arabs failed to apprehend the great Divine Power and Authority that God gave to HIs Messenger, they called his God-Given influence, ``sorcery, and did what they shouldn't have done!
