Verses 63-65Verses 66-69

Some of the specialities and distinguishing marks of Jesus Christ have been mentioned here, and in particular his calling people to Monotheism, and worship of the only one God, Who is his lord and our Lord.

He put an emphasize upon the phrase:- ``My Lord and your Lord'' because he disliked people to exaggerate his dignity and position, by calling him god or the son of god. He was a truthful servant of God and also His Messenger to convey the Gospel of peace and Unity. His capital in this great deal was the clear signs of God, and wisdom.

Jesus said to the children of Israel:- ``I have come to you with wisdom to make clear to you some of your differences.'' Here wisdom may mean the ability to judge soundly and deal sagaciously with facts, as they relate to life, conduct and faith. It also is a means to remove some of the wrong variances that are usually found among groups of people. Jesus wanted to reconcile the jarring sects of the Israelites by his main thesis, which was the Unity of Godhead, and the unity of worship. He never said to be a god himself or the son of god exclusively. Many a time he repeated that, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him aloneِthis is the right and straight way.

Unfortunately, neither the Jews, and nor the followers of Christ, gave up their sectarian attitude. They devitated from the law of unity, and adhered to Trinity, and to that which has become their ancestral and traditional custom!
