When we study the creations of this world we will find that everyday new events are taking place. Every existing and contingent thing has a story to tell and here this universe is that of events and manifestations. A question arises here when God is the eternal and ever living cause of all contingency then why is that a thing is born at a special time only?

The answer can be given in one sentence only and that is that God is in no way dependent for any work but is the all powerful authority. Whether this earth split away from the sun some 50 million years ago, or the creations have been manifested a few hundred thousand years ago while mankind has first set foot on this earth some thousand of years earlier, everything about them is connected to the special will of God.

In another sentence we can say that the presence of some contingent beings or their absence or the non-existence of something earlier or later (while the authority of God is the same for all) is a proof that there is another attribute of God other than His power and that is the promulgation of His will.
