HE IS WISE BECAUSE HE HAS SHOWN THE PATH OF REPENTENCE (Reconciliation)HE IS EXALTED AND WISE.

The words “Hakeem” and “Hameed” have been mentioned together in the fifth verse. It points to the greatness of the Qura’n and says, the verse says, ‘No falsehood can approach it from before or behind it: it is sent down by one full of Wisdom worthy of all praise.”

Many interpretations have been given for the term “from before or behind” and falsehood is that which tries to deny and reject this divine book. It includes a vast meaning. The terms previous books or the future book to cannot cover this books with its lies.

The proof also is that it has been sent down by the one who is all knowing and wise. He is aware of the all secrets of mankind and the universe. The purpose was to bestow His grace through this revelation on mankind; the grace that is worthy of all praise. This is why the word “Hameed” has been used after “Hakeem” There is no possibility that by the passing of time this book may become weak or obsolete or that any person may have the power to alter or change it.
