The Explanations and the MessageThe Explanation and the Message

The meanings of these seven attributes are similar and they are all the attributes of God’s deeds; we are discussing them together so that they can be compared and explained better. In fact they should be discussed after creativity and lordship.

Some of their qualities have been mentioned once and some many times in the Qura’n. We will now turn our attention to the following verses.

Verse 9 of Surah Shura:

Or have they taken other guardians besides Him? Yet God is the guardian.

Verse 11 of Surah Ra’ad:

Nor will they find any other protector.

Verse 150 of Surah Al Imran:

Nay! God is your guardian and He is the best help.

Verse 64 of Surah Yusuf:

But God is the best guard and He is the most merciful of the merciful ones.

Verse 57 of Surah HUD:

Verily my Lord is ever protecting all things.

Verse 52 of Surah Ahzab:

God is watchful over all things

Verse 23 of Surah Hashr:

He is God; there is no God but He, the king, the Holy, the Peace-loving, the Guardian, the Ever Prevalent, the Supreme and the Absolute
