It has been made clear in our discussion about God that existence has two sides: The first is the eternal existence which is termed as the necessary being and the second is the contingent existence. In our discussion on Tawhid, the Oneness of God that there just one necessary being in existence and whatever exists other than him is contingent. All contingent being are dependent upon Him for their welfare, rely on Him and are His creation. This is what is meant by God’s omnipotence on everything. Reflect.
