The first verse is a compact and meaningful sentence which declares God to be aware of all things without any exception. It is said, “Remember! God is aware of all things” these words and these explanations have come in many places in the Qura’n more than ten times. This verse needs to be understood as a rule without exception about God’s knowledge. This verse was revealed after the discussion on the rights of women. Those who desire to derive benefits from the rule of God are warned in it. This verse has been mentioned in the Qura’n after the discussion on piety and other commandments. What it says is that the laws promulgated by God with reason, wisdom and philosophy
Those who do not obey these rules are being warned that God is aware of your deeds and your intentions. Such effects are evident in the moral development of man. A person who knows that this commandment comes from the entity who knows all the secrets and needs of man and he is aware that someone is watching over him who is aware of everything then it is certain that such a person will never go wayward and oppose them.
