We conclude from what has been said above that the words, Fatir, Baree’ and Badee’ all mean the creation of things without any pre-set example, and in some the meaning seems clearer than the others. We learn that there is a difference between God’s creation and the creation by man. The first has an immensity and unlimited proportion but the second is nothing but the refashioning of matter into a new shape. We therefore, conclude that actual creation means the creation by God only and not mankind.
The late Kafa’mi has recorded Ghazali in his book Misbah about creation, “Some people feel that Khaliq, Baree’, and Mosawwir are words with similar meanings and each of them means creation but it is not so they are not similar. The creation from that which never existed before has three stages: Taqdeer, Ejaad, and Tasweer.” He then adds, “Before a great edifice is constructed the engineer lays down a plan, the mason constructs it and then the specialists and painters give it colors and beautify it. The word Khaliq denotes the first meaning, Baree’ denotes the second and Mosawwir denotes the third. (1)”
Anyway these attributes give the same message that was given by earlier attributes but these attributes add to the beauty of this discussion.”
