In The eighth verse God has spoken in a very meaningful manner about his authority. The verse says, “I swear by the Lord of all points in the east and the west that we can certainly…”

Some unwise people may object about how the oath of God can prove His authority? But when we look at the oath (By the Lord of the east and West) we get the answer to this question because this subtle reference to the east and the west means a profound and complex system with which this universe has been created. Every day the sun rises in the east and sets in a new west and this profound system has been in place for million of years. Despite this glory the creation of the sun, the creation of the earth despite all secrets, their movements according to the profound system promulgated by God are all proof of His authority. The other view is that He has the power to create better people to replace the disbelievers and this is ascertained when we consider a new east and west for this earth. Yet if we consider all the planets in the skies and then consider the vastness; the meaning will be clearer for us.

There is a very subtle point here. God has sworn on the east and the west for the replacement of one nation with another. This tells us that the entity who despite the sun’s glory hides it in the west only to raise it the next day from the east has the full authority of the death of one nation and the birth of another.
