The sixth verse once again speaks of the will of God but this time it mentions only the fate and the deeds of the humans. The Apostle of God is reminded never to say that I will do this work tomorrow but say Inshallah with it. Always say Inshallah (if God wills) whenever you decide or wish to do anything
This tells us that the will of God is above all wishes and nothing can exist until He wills.
It is also clear that there is no mention of force of authority but it mentions the will of God which is supreme for he can stop everything before any desired wish is fulfilled. The freedom that is given to mankind is for his trial, education and perfection. Freedom does not mean that the powers of God are confiscated.
The will and choice is also a deed among the deeds of men to reach a certain desired goal. There are hundreds of deeds that above the powers of man and are connected only to God.
This is the reason that the properness, reality and implementation demand that man should not forget to say Inshallah before and after he wills or desires anything.
Then the knowledge about of God and its effects are paid heed to. If a person believes on the will of God then he will never consider himself exempted or above it; he will never be vain, he will never ride the high horse of selfishness; his heart will never be clouded by the dust of despondency and helplessness in hardships, and he will never submit or kneel before tribulations because he considers the will of God to be above everything.
