Ridiculing God’s wordsTaking the help of the unjust

The Qura’n has threatened the unjust tyrants in many of its verses with the punishment in Hell. The des c r i p tions given are more than those for other sinners. The importance that Islam gives to end tyranny is evident. Verse 29 of Surah Kahf says:

“We have prepared a fire whose walls will be surrounding the unjust. They will be given water like boiling oil that will scald their faces when they will ask for help and an evil resting place.”

Another harsh reality is expressed in verse 15 of Surah Jinn;

“And as for the deviators, they shall be the fire wood of Hell.”

This des c r i p tion tells us that the fire of Hell will break out from within them. They used to be the scorching fire for the meek but He who is aware of all the deeds will make them like torches. There can be no better des c r i p tion of the fate of the unjust and cruel people. (1)
