The logic of unraveling of the deedsIntroduction

It is evident from the Islamic traditions that human morals and habits will be unraveled with human deeds. This is why men will enter the arena of gathering in various forms that will reflect their morals and habits. But whose hearts are filled with true faith will have radiant faces and those whose existence was tarnished by disbelief will come with black and hideous faces. The Qura’n in verses 106-107 of Surah Al Imran says:

“On the Day when some faces will be radiant and some faces blackened. (It will be asked from) those with blackened faces “Did you renege after believing? Then taste the torment for rejecting faith.” 107. “And those with radiant faces will be in God’s mercy and dwell there forever.”

Verse 27 of Surah Yunus speaks about the fate of the sinners:

“Their faces will be covered as if it were with pieces of the darkness of the night.”

Yes it will be the day of unraveling everything. Human intentions and personal feeling will be unraveled and cover their bodies.

Verse 18 of Surah Naba says:

“You shall come forth in groups the day the trumpet is blown.”

The ancient commentators have explained this through a hadith from the Messenger which says:

“ the Companions of the Messenger were present before him in the house of Abu Ayub Ansari and Ma’az bin Jabal asked for the explanation of the above verse to which the Messenger replied:

“O Ma’az You asked about something very important and tears began to flow from his eyes and he said:

“Ten groups from my followers who will be different from all others will come separate to the gathering. Some will be in the form of animals, some blind, and some deaf and dumb and some more foul smelling than rotten mea, some will come as monkeys and in the form of pigs. The unjust rulers will come blind and the vain will come as dumb and deaf; the lustful will smell worse than the dead bodies.

Your nature will become like wild animals which will tear at your bodies in anger. These words (venomous) like those of snakes will turn into snakes and scorpions. The filth of the adulterous will come out and filth of the wine drinker will enter his heart. They will all be unraveled on the Day of Gathering. (1)
