b) The spiritual attachment with the God’s peopleThe preparation for intercession

The above mentioned explanation of the verses contains the different conditions laid down for intercession and the most important of them all is the agreeability and permission of God. How will those who hope for this salvation achieve the approval of God and what deeds should he perform?

In the previous verses we have been told that the intercession will be beneficial only for those who have the permission of God and whose words He agrees to. (Verse 109 of Surah Ta-ha). Verse 28 of Surah Anbiya had said only those person will merit intercession who attain the agreeability of God and verse 87 of Surah Maryam said that they will merit it only because as we have said earlier, of God’s justice, in approval of true faith and good deeds and the witness about all that has been revealed by Him.

Some verses have even said that the unjust will not merit salvation so those who hope for intercession should leave their ranks (whether it is in any sense of injustice)

All this means that those who hope for intercession should review their deeds and take a sincere decision about the future. This too is a positive and educative side of intercession.
