The torments of Hell are divided into two kind’s one physical and the other spiritual in the same way as are the bounties of Paradise. We know that there are Hells and punishments in the after life and each deed deserves either rewards or punishments.

There are two kinds of human deeds in this world one is spiritual and the other material in nature so it is not possible that there will be only one kind of punishment in the after life.

The different verses of the Qura’n also prove this. With this brief introduction we will first discuss the physical punishments of the sinners and study the verses under the following headings.
