The Peaceful EnvironmentA Well wishing and loyal friend

Over and above the basic points that we have mentioned earlier peace is a great spiritual bounty. This is better understood by those who live in perilous zones or war torn places where there is bombardments everyday. The sweetness of life does not exist there and each moment is a horrific experience. The environment of a peaceful place is entirely different. (1)

The Qura’n speaks about the righteous people in verse 51 of Surah Dukhan:

“As for the righteous they will be in a secured position”

There will be fear about the attacks from Satan or of any tyrannical rule. There will be no fear of calamities or sadness.

Verse 49 of Surah A’raf says:

“Enter the garden. No fear shall be for you nor shall you grieve.”

It has been experienced that at times a person may have all the wealth and worldly bounties but he is weighed down by sadness; a fear engulfs his heart and he does not turn towards these bounties. Now you can have an understanding about Paradise and its bounties from the Qura’nic verses.

Those destined for Paradise feel a sense of calm in this world also. Restrain and bowing before the will of God keeps they calm even under severest stress.

Verse 62-64 of Surah Yunus says:

“Behold! There is no fear for the friends of God and they shall not grieve. For them are glad tidings in this life as well as the hereafter.”
