The Knowledge of the Unseen and its effectsThe Different Kinds of Knowledge of the Prophets in the Qura’n

Our discussion had reached the stage where we proved the knowledge of the unseen of the Apostles and the infallible ones through the Qura’nic verses and hadiths but there is another way also to understand this and that is through intelligence. This is because these people cannot fulfill their duties as apostles and leaders until they are enlightened about the unseen or part of the unseen.

We know that their responsibilities are vast whether it is oral or stationary especially in the issues relating to the ministry of the Divine Messenger or the infallible Imams. This responsibility is universal and permanent and it includes the entire universe till the Day of Judgment.

Is it possible to praise or acknowledge the Protector or Guard of a city when he is unaware of people living in it and when he is unaware of their languages and their personal specifications? Indeed such a person can not fulfill his responsibilities.

Now let us consider the importance of a Divine Messenger for all mankind till the Day of Judgment; and we will find that his ministry, teachings, propagation are all without the in-depth knowledge of the universe?

Surely the knowledge of such a personality cannot be ordinary but should encompass everything and all times and this is possible when God himself bestows this knowledge on him.

He is not answerable for that which is evident only for he has to know about the inner qualities of mankind as well. So such person should all have the knowledge of the inner conditions and capabilities of all people.

This is what has been explained in the various hadiths as intellectual proof and not a compulsory promulgation. (Reflect Deeply)

Imam Sadiq spoke to the narrator Baasim Abdul Aziz Assaigh as we have mentioned previously, [“Those who think that God establishes loves among the people in His kingdom and then hides all things that they need from them then they are accusing God falsely.” (2)]

“Do you think that God appointed some people as saviors and Khalifas of mankind and then hides necessary information from them?” (1)

This meaning is expressed better in the hadith narrated by Ibrahim bin Umru. (The hadith has been mentioned above)(2)
