VERSES NO. 5 - 6

      When the prophet came out of Medina with his forces, and set out for Badr, by God's command that was inspired to him in truth; a group of the believers, and not all of them, who were not willing to play with fire, took the lead in a hot dispute. They thought the course recommanded was not right, and would lead them to a certain destruction. When they thought how weak were they in number, power, and equipment, compared with their foes; they saw death almost staring them in the face. They tried to encourage the prophet to change his mind, and return to Medina, but of no use. Mohammad S.A. had come out by God's command and truthful inspiration, and no one could change his mind and break his decision.
