In principle, Jinn and Men have been created to worship and serve God, (Quran S 51: 56) but they are given a Free- Will, and God does not like to compel them to do it. This is because there is not the necessary effect in a prayer or praise which is performed by force- majeure. Allah has created all the faculties of reason and perception in His servants, but what then if someone does not want to use his mind or his abilities? When someone intelligently and deliberately blindfolds himself and falls down in a well or in a Hell, who is to be blamed here? One who intentionally leaves the straight road in front, and takes an unknown by- way, must suffer the consequences of his deviation, which might be going headlong into Hell. Such men are as if they have been made for the Hell because: ``They have hearts but they don't comprehend by it. They have eyes but the do not perceive by them. And they do have ear, but they give it not to a word of truth.'' They are like cattle or worse. An animal has not such faculties that a man has. How should we judge a man who ignores all his spiritual and physical faculties and abilities, and like the cattle only thinks of fodder and water? THE TOKENS OF THOSE WHO MAY JOIN HELL(VERSE NO. 179)
