Reference is made to the importance of KAABA, which is the Sacred House of God, and made as an standing posture, and asylum of safety and security for people. It is a sanctuary, and place of retreat for relief of the destitute and afflicted. It has a great social and spiritual effect upon all sorts of people, who come there from all parts of the earth - black and white, master and slave, poor or rich. The Sacred Precinct of Mecca (HARAM) is always safe and secure for the pilgrims, especially during the Sacred Months, when warfare is prohibited. As for food also there is no problem; because of the marked and unmarked domestic animals that are offered to be sacrificed and served by the poor and needy. There also prevails very strict rules and regulations, and people cannot behave as they like; because all of them are guests in the house of God, who has supreme knowledge of all things, all thoughts and all deeds. He is the Merciful and Compassionate Forgiver, but He is also strict in punishment. VERSES NO. 97-99
