Head of the hajj office of Ayattollah Makarem Shirazi said
The office of the grand ayatollah, Makarem Shirazi, has been reopened today in Medina to attend and answer the religious issues of the pilgrims of Allah’s inviolable house.
In his Kharej Fiqh course, His holiness referred to the verses and narrations indicating saving and avoiding extravagance in consumption and said: The mass media shall teach people the culture of saving and prudence in practice. It shall begin from the offices and mass media so that Inshallah it would be effective on people too.
At the beginning of His Kharej Figh course, His holiness stressed on preparation for maximum participation of people in the elections, and stipulated: People shall participate in this decisive field deliberately to s e l e c t the best qualified candidates to enter to the center of legislation.
At the beginning of His Kharej Fiqh course, His holiness said: Today some are trying to display the spirit of Islam equal with the Wahhabite violent seekers and terrorists, while Islam is the religion of affection, morality and amity.
On Saturday at the beginning of his Kharej Fiqh course, His holiness reminded two points to the scholars in Qom seminary:

Virtue means considering and seeking God’s satisfaction and His people’s satisfaction for any event in the man’s life and then one’s own personal interests.
This noon beside the holy shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (a.s.), His holiness stressed on the necessity of Moslems’ walk on the Qods Day.
In continuation of His Quranic commentary meetings in the Imam Khomeinin (r.a.) mosque in the shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (s.a.), referring the verses of Light sura, His holiness expressed: Charity and alms-giving is one of the most valuable and best deeds with God.

In the visit with the women’s cultural social council, His holiness said: We shall not limit the solution of all problems in Fiqh.
Among the prayers in the holy Shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (s.a.), His holiness interpreted some Quranic verses and stressing on giving the opportunity for question and answer in the society by seminary and university professors, he said: Prophet (s.a.) was ordered to reply any question raised by the people. Therefore, there is not any question without reply in Islam.
