        Taking hostage the civilians and guiltless individuals  
        
    To the kind attention of His holiness, Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi 
Wishing deliverance of the Iraq Islamic territory from the presence of the occupiers,
    and hoping health for your Excellency, as you are aware, after occupation of Iraq by the U.S. and U.K, some groups take hostages from the citizens of the countries mainly supporting Iraq occupation. They put some terms under the sacred flag of "لا اله الا الله", and declare that otherwise, they will behead the hostages, and in some cases, they have acted so. Of course, there are some doubts about the incentives of these groups, and if they are really Moslems.
