The Last stage of the Journey Explanation of the Verse

One of the famous attribute of God is Mercy. Mercy means to bestow boon and grace on one who earns it and has the required ability.

Since man with his specified shape and form and with the soul bestowed kindly upon by God has the ability to attain glory and the eternal life the merciful and beneficent God has not severed such boons and grace from him and not even after death has occurred. Now we read the verse from Qura’n which proves this contention.

Verse 12 of Surah Anam that says:

“Say “To who belongs what is in the heavens and the earth?” Say, “To God. He has prescribed mercy upon Himself; He will gather you on the Day of Resurrection most certainly; there is no doubt about it.”
