The Day Man was createdEverything is easy for Him

The second way to the possibility of the return to a new life is God’s unlimited authority because the discussion on resurrection is possible only after accepting God’s unique and paralleled control. We know God has the authority over everything and everything is the proof of it. He is the necessary being and His powers are unlimited.

We can also study the glory of His creation to understand this point.

The vastness of the skies, the system, these galaxies, the great numbers of the constellations, the variety of creation including the vegetation and animals; the extra ordinary composition of the living cells and there is no doubt left after we accept all of them as to who will resurrect the decayed bones and how it is possible that the mixed up and scattered dust will accumulate once again into a body and relive.

We will discuss these issues in this section. Various verses of the Qura’n speak about it and before further explanation let us study the verses.

Verse 57 of Surah Mumin:

“The creation of the heavens and the earth is indeed greater than the creation of mankind, yet most of mankind does not know.”

Verse 99 of Surah Bani Israel:

“Do they not see that God who created the heavens and the earth is able to create the likes of them? And He has decreed for them an appointed time about which there is no doubt. But the wrong doers disbelieve.”

Verse 33 of Surah Ahqaf:

“Do they not see that it is God who created the heavens and the earth and was not wearied by the creation and is able to give life to the dead? Yes, surely He is able to do all things.”

Verse 81 of Surah Yasin:

“Is it not He who created the heavens and the earth and is able to create the like of them? Yes indeed, He is the all-knowing Supreme Creator.”

Verse 20 of Sarah An abut:

“Say “Travel through the earth and see how God originated the creation; so will God produce a later creation; For God has power over all things.”(1)

1. The same meaning is conveyed in verse 9 of Surah Shura and verse 2 of Surah Hadid.
