The Day the man shall recollect all The Day mankind will stand before God

This name gives another perspective of that great Day. Verse 111 of Surah Nahl says:

“(Remember) the day when every soul shall come pleading for itself,”

Yes it will be a day when the fear and terror of the punishment of God will so engulf mankind that people will forget even their closest kin. They will neither think of their children, wives or husbands, father or mothers or even the closest friend. It will be each man for himself.

The Hadith tells us that every one will be wailing, “Woe is me!” and this will be due to severity of the Day of Judgment. Only our Messenger Hazrat Mohammad will rise to intercede for his Ummah (1)
