VERSE NO. 30 VERSE NO. 32

      By the favour of God, ADAM, had the aptness and natural suitability for the extraordinary purpose of being GOD'S VICEROY (CALIPH) on earth; because God had taught him the names and inner nature and qualities of all things. What a great honour was it to MAN!?

      Emam Sadiq (AS) was asked about the names that were taught to ADAM, and he said: ``That means the, lands, the mountains, the valleys, the beds of rivers, and everything, even the carpet which is laid here beneath us.''

      ADAM, had also the ability of naming things giving each of them their due, and suitable names.
