It is Mustahab for Hajji to stay in the eleventh and twelfth and thirteenth day in Mena, and not going out of Mena even for performing Mustahab Tawaf, and saying Takbir in Mena after fifteen prayers, and after ten prayers in other than Mena, which their first prayer is the noon prayer of the day of the Eid, it is Mustahab and some persons consider it as obligatory, and the best way of saying Takbir is to say:

اَللّهُاَکْبَرُ اَللّهُ أَکْبَرُ لا اِلهَ اِلاَّ اللّهُ وَ اللّهُ اَکْبَرُ،اَللّهُ اَکْبَرُ وَلِلّهِ الْحَمْدُ، اَللّهُ اَکْبَرُ عَلى ما هَدانا،اَللّهُ اَکْبَرُ عَلى ما رَزَقَنا مِنْ بَهیمَةِ اْلأَنْعامِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ عَلى ما أبْلانا

And it is Mustahab to perform Mustahab and obligatory prayers in Masjid al-Khaif while Hajji is in Mena if it is possible, and it is mentioned in Hadith that performing one hundred Rak'ats of prayer in Masjid al-Khaif is equal to seventy years of worship, and the benefit and blessing of saying “سبحان الله” in that place is equal to freeing a slave, and benefits and blessings of saying “لا اله الّا الله” in there is equal to surviving a human and it is the same for saying “الحمد لله” in there and saying “الحمد لله” in there has the benefits and blessings of giving the tax of Iraq to charity in the way of Allah.
